5/1 Today I started reading the Hungergames, for the sixth time at least. Because it is the sixth time I read this book I know the story, but there are a few books that I can read over and over again. The Hungergames part one is one of these books along with the Harry Potter and Ranger apprentice series. Every time I read these books again I discover new details in the story or in the way it is written. This time I noticed how much Katniss changed between the Reaping and the start of the Hungergames. She changed from a girl that just wanted to make sure her family could survive.

6/1 Yesterday I stopped reading at the start of the Hungergames and today I read most of the Hungergames itself. There were a few things that made me think. The tracker jackers for instance, if you get stung by one of these killer bees you are going to hallucinate and multiple stings would kill you.  Another thing is the bond that Katniss gets with Rue a small silent girl from district eleven. They work together in there effort to survive. The keep contact with each other by whistling, the mockinjay that live in the forest would copy this melody so they know where the other is.  Sadly Rue dies just before the finale of the hungergames starts.

7/1 Today I finished the book, after Rue died and Katniss killed someone for the first time a voice tells all the tributes there can be two survivers but they have to be from one district. Katniss finds Peeta and cures his wounds. than the finale starts and everyone is forced to the cornucopia here the battle is decided I won't tell you who wins because that might ruine your fun reading this book. I really liked the book althoug it was the sixth time I read it.
